We are seeking a dedicated and persuasive Telecaller Executive to join our team in Kanpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling to prospective customers, explaining products/services, handling queries, and ensuring follow-ups for conversions. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers Provide detailed information about services/products Maintain customer data and update call logs Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry) Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred
